Directions to Linga Longa Estate
The best way to travel to Linga Longa is through the town of Greenbushes.
From the Highway take the Stanifer Road entrance to Greenbushes ( travelling south this is the second entrance )
Continue through town, and drive past the Lithium Mine.
This road becomes the Maranup Ford Road.
Drive for 12kms until you cross over the Blackwood River and come to the Maranup Ford Caravan Park.
Then turn right onto Five Gates Road / Dalgarup Plantation Road.
Drive for 8 kms very slowly and carefully on the gravel road.
You will see the big Linga Longa Bike park sign on your left, veer left onto Cassia Road.
Keep driving until you see the white fence and pull in at the car park sign.

Is there internet or phone reception at Linga Longa?
There is a Telstra tower on the property, so if you are with Telstra you are covered. If not, you will be able to enjoy an ‘unplugged digital detox’ weekend.

Is bus charter available?
Yes, we can arrange bus transport for your guests to nearby towns.
What about noise restrictions?
Linga Longa has no noise restriction or curfew. However, RSA staff must be employed while alcohol is being served.
Is there a dance floor in the Marquee?
Yes, we have a timber dance floor permanently in place in the marquee.
Our Wet Weather Plan
In the case of bad weather we do have the option of the marquee. This option does mean rearranging the reception layout and then having to move it back in place. This is definitely possible and we have only ever had to do this once. However If you are willing to be a bit flexible with the timeline and all your guests are at Linga Longa, we have found that we can most often work between the rain showers and the ceremony can go ahead.

Are fires permitted?
Fire pits are only permitted when there is no fire ban. We will have 2 fire pits going when there is no ban.

Are pets allowed?
Fur babies are very welcome to participate in the ceremony. However, all other pets must be kept on a leash and are not permitted inside the Luxe Camping Tents or Cafe.

Are you a BYO Venue for food and beverages?
Yes we are, all we ask is that you employ RSA staff for the duration of the reception for any alcohol served. We can provide you with a list preferred service provers.
Are we able to use confetti?
We do ask that all confetti used is bio-degradable so we can keep the beautiful estate healthy and clean.

What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the marquee and Forest Cathedral. Designated smoking areas can be found outside the marquee.
